Cancellation Conditions

For all wedding packages, engagement – Pre Wedding shoot and event sessions; a non-fundable ‘Deposit’ session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographer’s approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.

For wedding packages; a ‘Deposit’ retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due on the date of the wedding. You can break this up into multiple payments however you see fit.

All booking deposit can be paid for via Credit / Debit Card (Stripe). The remaining amount can be paid in Credit / Debit Card (Paypal) or cash on the wedding day. Your invoices for the deposit and the remaining amount will be sent to your e-mail.

For all portrait, mini photography/photography, and event sessions; Client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session if Client cancels the session 72 hours or less from the booked session or no-shows for the session and will be required to pay an additional retainer for any future rebooking. If Client cancels with at least 72 hours notice, the fee can be credited towards a future session if Client reschedules the appointment. In rare occasions, the retainer may be refunded, but this will be at the sole discretion of the photographer.

For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the event retainer fee(Deposit) paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing, by mail, or by e-mail. ( However, if the Client requires a change for the wedding date, We will do our best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within three months of the original event date. If We are not available for the new date, the original contract will be canceled and subject to the cancellation policy.

If Wedding Stories (Peyote Digital House Ltd) cannot perform the session due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness or emergency, We shall return the Deposit fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
